Welcome to Roobely! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website roobely.com and the Roobely WordPress plugin (the “Service”), provided by Tiger12, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Roobely is a Gutenberg blocks plugin for WordPress that offers a free version and a paid Pro version. The Pro version includes additional blocks and an automatic migration tool to convert from Qubely. We also offer a paid “Expert Migration Service” where we perform the migration for you.

2. User Accounts and Licenses

• Free Version: You may use the free version of Roobely on any number of websites at no cost.
• Pro Version: The Pro license is valid for either one site ($59/year) or unlimited sites ($149/year), depending on the plan you purchase.
• License Key: You will receive a license key after purchase. This key is required to activate Pro features.
• You may not share, resell, or transfer your license to another person or entity.

3. Payment and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro licenses and the Migration Service. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

4. Intellectual Property

Roobely is a fork of the original Qubely plugin. The original Qubely code is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

Tiger12, LLC owns the copyright to all original modifications, new code, designs, and content created for Roobely. Because Roobely is a derivative work of Qubely, the plugin as a whole is also licensed under the GPL.

You are free to use, modify, and distribute Roobely in accordance with the GPL license.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiger12, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
