How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

• Requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date
• Renewals of any subscription (if you forget to cancel, that’s on you)
• Expert Migration Service once the work has been completed and delivered
• Partial months of service
